Kim Dabbs

Kim Dabbs has extensive experience in leadership roles focusing on social innovation and community engagement. Currently serving as Global Vice President of Impact and previous roles in ESG and Social Innovation at Steelcase since October 2015, Kim leads initiatives that connect research to organizational success. Additionally, as the founder of To Belonging, a community of changemakers, Kim promotes inclusivity. Previous positions include Executive Director at West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology, and at Michigan Youth Arts Association, which advocates for arts education. Kim's education includes a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Michigan and various leadership training from Stanford University.
