Randy Logan

Randy Logan is a Principal Project Manager at Steelcase since 2017, with extensive experience in project leadership across various industries. Previously, as a Sr. Project Leader at Dow Corning from 2011 to 2016, Randy led cross-functional project teams through the Commercialization Excellence process and managed new material technology programs that secured significant funding. At Donaldson from 2002 to 2011, Randy held multiple roles, including Global Market Manager, overseeing a $50M division and driving business development globally, and Technical Product Manager, where engineering and product management were key focus areas. Earlier experience includes positions as Marketing Manager and Lead Engineer at Donaldson, achieving notable increases in market share through successful product development. Randy holds a Master's degree in Materials Science Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MBA focused on Management of Technology from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with an internship at Argonne National Lab.
