Roy Harness

Roy Harness, CPP, currently serves as the Director of Public Safety at Steiner + Associates since July 2025, overseeing physical security and emergency management for Easton Town Center. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Security and Regional Director of Safety & Security at Washington Prime Group Inc. from September 2018 to June 2025, and Security Director at Alliance Data Card Services from October 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing safety for over 10,000 associates across multiple sites. Roy Harness held various positions at Fiserv from November 2004 to October 2015, focusing on incident management and risk oversight. Earlier career roles include Police Lieutenant for the City of Powell, Ohio, and Detective/Patrol Officer for the City of Dublin, Ohio, following a foundational position as a Military Police Officer in the US Army.
