Jacob Reider

Jacob Reider, MD, FAAFP is a family physician who wants to see a world where all people are healthy. He has worked for three decades to improve the health of our communities through the innovative use of innovative business ideas, technology, etc. He currently serves as CEO of Alliance for Better Health, a New York DSRIP care transformation initiative, and is the President of Healthy Alliance IPA, an Independent Practice Association for community-based organizations.
