Joe Wankerl

Joe has a long tenured career with healthcare payors and managed care organizations. He was most recently the Vice President of Network Strategy and Operations at Connecticare developing innovative value-based care delivery. He is directly responsible for managing all aspects of network operations including budget controls, credentialing service, dispute resolution, and contracting. Prior to ConnectiCare, he was an AVP at Cigna for 10 years overseeing strategic relationships and developing local market strategies.
