Katya Korepanova

Katya Korepanova has a diverse work experience in human resources. Katya began their career as an HR Coordinator at Mashery in 2011, where they assisted with various HR tasks. Katya then joined Intel Corporation in 2013 as part of the Human Resources team, where they supported the VP of HR and managed the onboarding process for new hires. In 2014, Katya joined Leanplum as a Human Resources Generalist, responsible for managing HR operations across multiple locations and implementing various HR policies and procedures. Katya later served as the Global HR Manager at Leanplum, where they executed the overall people strategy and managed benefits packages, stock options, and the HRIS tool. In 2019, Katya became the Head of People & Culture at Stellar Development Foundation.

Katya Korepanova has a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University. Katya also has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Udmurt State University.
