Mariano Malvicino

Mariano Malvicino is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and executive recruiting. Currently serving as Director of Portfolio Talent at Stellex Capital Management since October 2025, Mariano previously held the position of Senior Director of Executive Recruiting at Walmart from January 2022 to October 2025, where responsibility included supporting the Executive Committee and managing a significant portion of the executive search process. Between 2011 and 2021, Mariano held various roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Korn Ferry, and Russell Reynolds, significantly impacting Fortune 100 companies and private-equity clients by recruiting and coaching over 200 executives and board members. Early career experience includes an associate role at McKinsey & Company, driving Lean/Six-Sigma transformations for major clients.
