Candace Capogrossi

Candace Capogrossi has over four decades of experience in various leadership roles within nonprofit organizations and community services. Currently serving as an Alumni Association Board member for Northern California at Stephens College since April 2013, Capogrossi has a rich history of advocacy and policy oversight, demonstrated during tenure as Vice President at Family Supportive Housing, Inc. and AAUW San Jose. Capogrossi also worked as a Housing Consultant for Episcopal Community Services of San Francisco, focusing on compliance and lease arrangements for a rapid rehousing program. Additional contributions include board membership for Charities Housing Development Corporation and Family Supportive Housing, as well as a long career with the Housing Authority of Santa Clara County, where Capogrossi held the position of Deputy Executive Director for 34 years. Educational credentials include a BFA from Ithaca College and an A.A. in Theatre from Stephens College.
