Kyle Carson

Kyle Carson is a seasoned professional in audience services and theatre management, currently serving at Steppenwolf Theatre Company since December 2022. Previous roles include House Manager and Audience Services Representative at Chicago Humanities Festival, where Kyle facilitated ticket sales and provided exceptional customer service. Experience at Goodman Theatre involved managing Covid-19 safety protocols while delivering outstanding patron support. As House Manager for the Williamstown Theatre Festival, Kyle oversaw front-of-house operations and trained the Audience Engagement team. Previous positions also include administrative roles and producing student-led theatrical productions. Kyle holds a B.A. in Theatre from Miami University, complemented by a co-major in Arts Management.
