Rossmald Heredia

Rossmald Heredia is a seasoned professional in capital operations and quality management with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of Capital Operation IPT at STERIS since October 2006, Rossmald has been instrumental in overseeing North America capital manufacturing plants and operations to achieve both short and long-term objectives efficiently. Previous roles include Director of New Product Engineering Transfer and Development and Continuous Improvement Manager at Smiths Medical, as well as various quality management positions at Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Rossmald holds a Master of Business Administration from EGADE, a certification in Leadership and Management from Harvard Extension School, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, Rossmald is certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma from J&J University.
