Ikenna Cason Egbutu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and IT support. Currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Sterling Bank Plc since July 2022, Ikenna previously held the position of Operations Team Lead at NOWNOW DIGITAL SYSTEMS from January 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing process flows and collaborating with technical teams for issue resolution. Earlier roles include ICT Officer at Nosak Group, Project/Site Engineer at BASSCOMM GROUP LIMITED, and IT Officer at Parlance PS.
