Pawan Kumar

Pawan Kumar is currently serving as Team Lead (Assistant Manager) at Sterling GTAKE E-MOBILITY LTD. since July 2024, overseeing the verification of the assembly process. Previously, Pawan held the position of Senior Quality Engineer at Napino Auto & Electronics Ltd from June 2022 to July 2024, focusing on the verification of SMT and through hole processes. Prior experience includes a role as Quality Engineer at ASTI Electronics INDIA Pvt Ltd from September 2017 to June 2022, where Pawan managed process abnormality handling on the shop floor, and at SAMTEL AVIONICS LTD., starting in April 2010 as a Quality Engineer. The career began at Tata Motors as a DET from September 2009 to March 2010. Pawan Kumar holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), completed in July 2024, and a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Nilokheri, completed in 2009.
