Brendan O'Sullivan began their work experience in 1995 as an IT Manager at Elec Communications and worked there until 2000. From 2001 to 2006, they served as the Head of IT at Access Securities LLC. Then, they joined Wombat Financial Software as a Manager of Managed Services from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, Brendan became the Managing Director of Managed Services at NYSE Technologies, where they managed a team of production engineers until 2014. From 2014 to 2023, they worked at Exegy as the Global Head of Managed Services overseeing responsibilities such as managing a team, handling support issues, on-boarding, software deployments, change management, and operational management of market-data tickerplants. Currently, they serve as the COO at Sterling Trading Tech.

Brendan O'Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Fordham University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Iona Prep from 1995 to 1999.
