Christopher A. Saliba, Esq. devotes a considerable amount of his practice area to creditors’ rights, which is inclusive of residential foreclosures, commercial foreclosures, REO transactions, title resolution, and homeowners and condominium associations issues.

In addition, Christopher’s significant experience and expertise lie in municipal law, landlord/tenant disputes, and litigation. Christopher is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and frequently attends its respective events. ​​

Prior to Stern & Eisenberg, Christopher served as a Judiciary Law Clerk to The Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.J.Ch., Chancery-General Equity Division in Monmouth County, New Jersey, handling the foreclosure, chancery, and probate dockets. Additionally, Christopher served as a legal intern for Rhode Island Legal Services, the East Providence City Solicitor in Rhode Island, and the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender - Ocean County.

Christopher holds a Mediation and Conciliation Skills Certificate earned from the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts.
