Swati Shilpi

Swati Shilpi is a Risk Manager in Drug Delivery Systems at Stevanato Group, a position held since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Risk Management Owner at Baxter International Inc. from March 2019 to November 2021, and working as an Advanced Quality Engineer at Stryker from October 2017 to January 2019. Earlier roles include a Design Quality Engineer at DePuy Synthes Companies via HCL Technologies from July 2013 to October 2017. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biotechnology from Dr M G R Educational and Research Institute, obtained between 2007 and 2011, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Trial Management from AHERF in collaboration with MIT campus, Anna University, completed in 2012.
