David Randell

David Randell serves as a Director at MS Canada and the Halifax Chamber of Commerce since April and June 2025, respectively. Randell holds the position of Vice Chair on the Board of Directors at the Canada Games Centre Halifax and is the Chair of the Strategy Committee for the Canada Games Centre Society. As a Partner and Energy Team Lead at Stewart McKelvey since March 2017, Randell has extensive experience in corporate and securities law, focusing on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Previous positions include Corporate Counsel at JD Irving and Partner at McCarthy Tetrault. Randell co-created RaptorsHQ.com and has a legal degree from the University of Toronto, along with an undergraduate degree from Mount Allison University in Economics, International Relations, and Political Science.
