Regina Westphal

Regina Westphal has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in international assignments. Currently, Regina serves as Manager of International Assignments at STIHL since October 2019 and has been with Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG since March 2008, holding roles as HR Specialist and HR Sachbearbeiterin. Prior experience includes a position as Project Assistant in Arts, Culture, and Heritage at Landesstiftung Baden-Württemberg from March 2007 to February 2008, and an internship with the Representative of German Industry and Trade in 2005. Regina holds a Magistra Artium (M.A.) in Germanistik from the University of Stuttgart and a degree as Industriekauffrau from Andreas Stihl AG & Co. KG.
