Aline Fialho

Aline Fialho is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and intellectual property. Currently serving as a Consultative Legal Specialist and Senior Attorney at Stone since October 2021, Aline has been responsible for drafting legal opinions, contracts, amendments, terminations, notifications, and other legal documents within the Contracts team. Prior to this role, Aline worked at Hesketh Advogados from March 2017 to September 2021, progressing from Junior Attorney to Full Attorney while engaging in contract law, intellectual property, and data protection. Aline began the legal career as an intern in various law firms and institutions, including Trench Rossi Watanabe and the São Paulo Court of Justice, and has completed several specialized courses in data protection, digital law, and contracts, holding a law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
