Michelle Gleadall

Michelle Gleadall currently serves as the Head of Learning Experience at Stonegate Group, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as an HR Consultant at Tessiant and as a Senior Talent and Learning Manager at Gist Limited in early 2025. From April 2018 to December 2024, Michelle was the Global Learning Experience Manager at Costa Coffee, where previous roles included UK&I Learning Manager and People Partner. Michelle's career began at Sainsbury's, where roles spanned over a decade, including People Partner for both the Supermarket and Convenience Divisions. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from De Montfort University and A Levels from New College, Pontefract, in subjects including English Literature and Performing Arts.
