Michael Gaudio

Michael Gaudio is an accomplished career development professional with experience in various roles within higher education and community organizations. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Career Development at Stony Brook University since June 2025, Michael previously held the position of Career Development Coordinator at Commonpoint from 2020 to 2025, where significant contributions were made to the CUNY Career Connect/JFEW program, including managing career counseling and workshops for a diverse student population. Michael’s background also includes a career as a Direct Support Professional with the Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk, Inc., professional performance as an actor and singer, and roles in academic advising and marketing during previous educational pursuits. Michael holds a Master of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts/Music from Gordon College.
