Sharon Hegarty

Sharon (Brown) Hegarty is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in integrated communications, marketing, and strategic client counsel. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Senior Partner at Stratacomm since January 2004, Sharon specializes in writing, editing, branding, and internal communications. Prior roles include Vice President at MSLGROUP from March 1996 to January 2004, and Senior Account Executive at Edelman Public Relations from 1992 to 1995, where responsibilities included supporting Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies in science communications and patient education. Earlier experience includes serving as Communications Specialist for the American Massage Therapy Association from 1990 to 1992. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
