Adriana Zeman

Adriana Zeman is the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Stratasan. Adriana has over thirteen years of experience in leadership roles in marketing, customer success, and professional services.

Adriana started their career in 2008 as Vice President of Strategic Planning at Cramer. Adriana then moved to Acquia in 2012 and held the role of Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services before joining Promoboxx as their Vice President of Marketing in 2018. In 2021, they joined Stratasan in their current role.

Over the course of their career, Adriana has been responsible for driving growth and retention strategies, building and leading high-performing teams, and developing go-to-market plans. Adriana is a strategic and analytical thinker who is passionate about driving company success through customer success.

Adriana Zeman has an MBA in Marketing & Operations from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Emerson College, and a BA in Latin American and Latino Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz. Adriana also has a certification from Pavilion in CMO School.

They are on a team with Jackie Degroat - Customer Success Manager, Aaron Frazier - Customer Success Manager, and Gavin Chance - GIS Manager. Adriana Zeman reports to Stephanie Johnson, EVP, Customer Experience.
