Caroline Palmer

Caroline Palmer is a Regulatory Consultant at Strategen. Caroline has a background in environmental policy and law, with a focus on the electricity sector. Caroline has experience working with utilities, regulators, and NGOs on a variety of issues related to the electric grid, including the integration of renewable energy, storage, and electric vehicles. Caroline also has experience in community solar policy and rate design.

Caroline Palmer received their Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy, with a focus in electricity regulation and clean energy policy. Caroline also holds a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, where they studied science, technology, and international affairs with a focus on energy and the environment.

Caroline Palmer reports to Janice Lin, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Jin Noh - Director, Edward Burgess - Senior Director, and Zach Woogen - Consultant.
