Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins is the current Chief Operating Officer at Strategen. Mark has also served as a Strategic Advisor at Redflow from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were a Consultant with the World Bank Group from January 2019 to December 2020, working on grid architecture development for a high DER environment in Latin America. Higgins has also been Partner & Co-Founder at Grid Edge Ventures from January 2016 to December 2018, and Strategic Advisor at the California Energy Storage Alliance from January 2014 to December 2017. From January 2014 to December 2021, they served as Strategen's Chief Operating Officer & Board Member. Additionally, Higgins was Principal of ISO Relations and FERC Policy at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from January 2012 to December 2014.

Mark Higgins has a Master of International Affairs from the School of Global Policy & Strategy at UC San Diego, with a focus in international economics. Mark also has a BA in government and economics from the University of Notre Dame. In addition, they have completed a program on making corporate boards more effective from Harvard Business School's executive education program.
