Dave Turner

Dave Turner currently serves as the Development Operations Leader at Strategic Maintenance Solutions, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Previously, Dave held the role of Global Industry Leader for the Oil and Gas sector at IBM from September 2008 to May 2023, where responsibilities included marketing Watson IoT solutions and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance asset management solutions. Prior to IBM, Dave was the Senior Director at General Dynamics Information Technology, founding a Program Management Solutions practice that facilitated over 70 successful projects for federal and commercial clients, notably the Department of Homeland Security. Additional experience includes senior roles at American Management Systems, Synergen Associates, and Cooper Energy, as well as serving as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard. Dave holds an MBA in Finance from Saint Mary's College of California and a BS in Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, supplemented by a Certificate in General Management from Harvard Business School.
