Mārtiņš Vītols

Mārtiņš Vītols is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational psychology and consulting. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Strategic Staffing Solutions since July 2019, Mārtiņš has a strong background in managing executive search processes from previous roles at Amrop. As Chairman of the Board at the Latvian Society for Organizational Psychology, Mārtiņš contributes to the professional development of organizational psychology members through workshops and conferences. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Latvijas Universitate, Mārtiņš combines academic knowledge with practical expertise gained from various consulting and project management positions, including work with Viennese and Nordic Training International.
