Javier Castro Bravo

Javier Castro Bravo is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Director and Head of the Cybersecurity Competence Center & CISO at STRATESYS since May 2022, and previously as Associate Director and Head of Cybersecurity Services. Javier has a robust educational background with a Master's in Information Security and a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad de Valladolid. Prior roles include serving as a cybersecurity engineer at CyberArk, an information security specialist at Sanitas, and a cybersecurity and IT risk consultant at Deloitte, where key responsibilities included IT risk management and corporate governance. Additionally, Javier has contributed to academia as a professor of cybersecurity and ethical hacking at Instituto Tecnológico Europeo, imparting knowledge on current cybersecurity practices.
