Kurt was previously the Head of Global Customer Experience at Lenovo, where they led the transformation of the company's culture to a customer-centric focus. Kurt also managed corporate performance goals related to CX, as well as corporate communications for the Customer Experience organization.
At USAA, they were the Director of Voice of the Customer / Customer Experience Analytics. And at Amdocs, they were the Director of Customer Experience Analytics.
Prior to their work in customer experience, Kurt was the Director of Digital Product Management at AT&T. In this role, they oversaw the development and launch of AT&T's digital products and services.

Kurt Trauth's educational career consists of a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Kurt also has a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
