Shannon Ayers

Shannon Ayers is the current CFO at Stratifyd. Shannon has held this position since March 2019. Prior to joining Stratifyd, Shannon was the EVP of Finance at PrecisionLender from September 2014 to March 2019. Shannon has also served as Treasurer (Volunteer) at The Peninsula Yacht Club from January 2016 to January 2018. Shannon's experience also includes VP of Accounting at SonaCare Medical, LLC from October 2007 to September 2014 and Controller at ASC Volvo from January 2004 to December 2007. Shannon began their career as an Assurance Associate/Senior Auditor at BDO USA, LLP from January 2000 to December 2002.

Shannon Ayers received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University. Shannon then went on to earn a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Shannon Ayers reports to Derek Wang, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Chris Nelms - CISO & CIO, Seth Tyree - SVP, Strategy, Pharma Insights, and Kurt Trauth - SVP, Customer Experience Strategy & Analytics.
