Maricel Gamolo is the Customer Success Manager at Streem. Prior to joining Streem, Maricel was the Partner Relationship Manager at Jama Software from January 2018 to December 2020. As the Partner Relationship Manager, Maricel was responsible for developing a new Partner Program within a fast-growing startup, which included setting up operational processes, training, referrals, and keeping a library of internal and external partner information. Maricel recruited, nurtured, and managed up to 50 partners in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, resulting in an increase in referrals. Additionally, Maricel coordinated monthly training sessions with both consulting and technology integration partners to educate Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to expand the Jama footprint, build and strengthen partnerships. Maricel also organized regular co-marketing activities (webinars, whitepapers, datasheets, field marketing events) in collaboration with internal and external Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Through their efforts, Maricel improved the referral rate by working with Sales Operations and Legal to offer free access to software, creating confidence in the product.

Prior to their role at Jama Software, Maricel was the Manager of Inside Sales - Customer Renewals for Americas at ForgeRock from January 2014 to December 2017. In this role, Maricel was responsible for managing a team of customer renewal specialists who worked with ForgeRock customers in North and South America. Maricel also worked closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and effective renewals processes. Under their leadership, the team achieved a 92% customer retention rate.

Maricel Gamolo pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gonzaga University. Maricel also holds a certification from SuccessHACKER as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1.
