Rebecca Braitling is the current Chief People Officer at Stride Consulting. Rebecca has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Relations. Rebecca has a proven track record in designing and delivering HR strategies that align with business objectives, and has extensive experience in investigating workplace complaints, writing investigation reports, and communicating findings.

Rebecca Braitling graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Behavioral Sciences & Law. Rebecca then went on to attend Seton Hall University School of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law.
