Charlie Bush Jr

Charlie Bush Jr is an experienced engineering leader with over 30 years in the medical device industry, currently serving as the Senior Engineering Director for New Product Development at Stryker Spine since September 2003. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing concept development through to commercialization while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards. Additionally, expertise in talent development, manufacturing techniques, and verification and validation methods is demonstrated. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Engineering Manager and Project Leader at Becton Dickinson from 1988 to 2004. Charlie Bush Jr earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering & Design from Montclair State University between 1978 and 1982.
