Nadine MacKay

Nadine MacKay, MBA, currently serves as the Customer Solutions Senior Project Manager for Training and Development at Stryker, a position held since February 2025. Prior to this role, Nadine gained over a decade of experience at Stryker in various capacities within OnSite Operations, including Organizational Enablement Manager and Regional Supervisor. Academic experience includes serving as Semester Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Kinesiology at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and roles in fitness and wellness coordination. Nadine holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology, both obtained from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.
