Jen Griffin

Jen Griffin has extensive work experience in marketing and program management. Jen began their career as a Data Analyst at Belcan Technical Services/Indiana Department of Environmental Management in 1999. From 2000 to 2005, they worked as a Program Coordinator at Clarian Health Partners. Jen then joined Clarian Health as a Senior Program Coordinator- Community Relations from 2006 to 2008. As a Marketing Consultant at Clarian Health from 2008 to 2009, they developed and executed marketing and communication initiatives. Jen continued their career as a Marketing Planner at Clarian Health from 2009 to 2010, where they executed corporate re-branding strategies and managed sponsorship accounts. After that, they worked as a Sr. Marketing Planner at Indiana University Health from 2010 to 2014, overseeing teams and projects and contributing to market growth. At Angie's List, they served as a Product Marketing Specialist from 2014 to 2015, a B2B Marketing Analyst from 2015 to 2016, and a Program Manager- B2B Marketing from 2016 to 2016. During their time at MyEyeDr. from 2017 to 2020, they were a Marketing Manager responsible for developing and optimizing digital strategies and conducting A/B testing to improve performance. Currently, they are working as a Marketing Manager at Studio Science, starting in 2020.

Jen Griffin's education history includes a Master's of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Anderson University- Falls School of Business, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Management at Indiana University Bloomington from 1994 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Jen Griffin also holds several certifications. Jen obtained a certification in IDEOU Human Centered Service Design from IDEO in February 2022. Furthermore, they hold certifications in Six Sigma, including a Green Belt certification obtained from QAI- Quality For Training in October 2012 and a Yellow Belt certification obtained from the same institution in September 2012.
