Shane Hoare

Shane Hoare is a Building Management Systems Engineer at Subnet since May 2025, with prior experience as a BMS Lead Automation Engineer, Automation Engineer, and Graduate Engineer at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from July 2018 to April 2025. Shane has held various roles, including Raft Guide at Rafting.ie from September 2018 to June 2025 and a Level 2 Kayak River Skills Instructor at Canoeing Ireland since April 2023. As an Ambassador for One Young World since October 2023, Shane promotes global youth leadership. Shane's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Dublin City University, completed in 2018.
