Elaine Bain

Elaine Bain is an experienced professional in document control and knowledge management, currently serving as the Knowledge Management & BMS Manager for Offshore Resources at Subsea 7 since January 2011. Elaine has a solid background in document control, having held the position of Document Control Manager at Acergy from March 2006 to January 2011, and previously at Stolt Offshore/Acergy and Shell UK Ltd in various document control roles. Elaine's career in information management began as a Library Assistant at Aberdeen Central Library. Elaine holds a degree from Edinburgh Napier University, completed from 1996 to 1998, and attended Inverurie Academy from 1985 to 1990.
