Samantha Simpson

Samantha Simpson is an experienced professional in project operations and engineering, currently serving as the Deputy Project Operations Manager at Subsea7 since October 2017, with a progression of roles including Operations Engineer, Field Engineer, and Project Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Samantha worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Whittaker Engineering from September 2014 to September 2017, and held multiple positions at Subsea 7 from May 2012 to September 2014, including Interface Coordinator and Tender Coordinator. Earlier experience includes a role as Tender Administrator at Halliburton from May 2011 to May 2012. Samantha's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Project Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Robert Gordon University, as well as an HND in Mechanical Engineering from North East Scotland College, and study in Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Aberdeen.
