Terra Zepp

Terra Zepp is the Chief Financial Officer for Southeast Operations at Suffolk Construction, a role held since February 2005. With a focus on fiscal management across multiple offices in the southern region, Terra partners with Corporate Finance and Strategy to develop business plans and prepare monthly financial statements for senior management. Previous positions at Suffolk Construction include South Regional Controller and Regional Controller, where responsibilities encompassed financial management, project profitability forecasting, and team leadership. Terra also has experience in project control, IT financial analysis, and accounts payable management. Additionally, prior roles at Childers Construction and Watkins Engineers and Constructors further enriched financial expertise. Terra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Economics from Florida State University.
