Tony Rango

President, West Region at Suffolk Construction

Tony Rango is the current President of the West Region at Suffolk Construction. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Webcor from September 2012 to April 2020. Tony has been in the construction industry for over 20 years and has led the Structural Concrete Division at Webcor Builders from January 1998 to March 2012. Tony is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process and client experience, including new business development, operational efficiency, budgetary oversight, job safety and excellence, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. Some of their notable projects include the California Academy of Sciences (San Francisco), Cathedral of Light (Oakland), California Memorial Stadium - Seismic (Berkeley), and Rincon Towers (San Francisco). Under Tony's leadership, Webcor Concrete has won numerous awards, including the 2008, 2009 California Construction Magazine – Top Concrete Contractor California; 2007, 2008, 2009 America Concrete Institute – Architectural Category Winner, Structural Category Winner, Construction Category Winner; and 2008, 2009 Engineering News Record Magazine – Eight Largest National Concrete Contractor. In 2009, Webcor was also named the Top eight Firm out of 100 Best by Concrete Construction 100.

Tony Rango earned their BS degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.

Their manager is John Fish, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer. They work with Ann Klee - Executive Vice President of Business Development, Mike Dinapoli - General Manager of Northern California, and Mark Penny - General Manager, South Central Region.
