Joe Ziccardi is the Chief Transformation Officer at Suffolk Transportation Service, where he provides executive leadership in enterprise technology, information and data management, process re-engineering, and vehicle routing and fleet management technology. He enjoys assisting company leaders with developing and adopting new ideas, building better processes, and creating effective management strategies to improve performance and team communication.

Prior to joining Suffolk Transportation Services, Inc., Joe was founder and president of a management consulting firm, working with business leaders throughout metropolitan NYC. His firm’s advisory work included executive talent assessment and recruitment, organizational development, performance management solutions, enterprise software assessment, and custom technology applications development. Prior to working at his management consulting company, Joe was founder and CEO of Cromwell Partners, Inc., a top-tier executive search and assessment firm. His early career experience included working as a financial advisor for two top-tier investment firms and working as a systems design engineer for a major defense electronics company.

Joe looks forward to helping STS / SBC maintain its strong reputation and leading edge in the transportation industry by working closely with its senior management team, assisting them with innovation, digital transformation, and the effective leveraging of data and diverse technologies.

Joe holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a concentration in computer engineering from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York.
