Sophia Chen, CPA, CA, is currently the AVP of Indirect Tax at Sun Life, a role Sophia has held since 2023. Previously, Sophia served as Director of Indirect Tax at Sun Life Financial, following her tenure as Senior Manager of Commodity Tax at CIBC from 2015 to 2017. Sophia began her career as a Senior Associate in Audit & Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later worked as a Manager of Indirect Taxes at Ernst & Young until 2015.
