Karthee Madasamy

Karthee Madasamy is a seasoned venture capital professional currently serving as the Founding Managing Partner at Harper Court Ventures since August 2024, focusing on supporting pre-seed deep tech startups from the University of Chicago ecosystem. In addition, Karthee co-founded MFV Partners in 2018, a Silicon Valley-based venture fund dedicated to early-stage deep tech innovations. As an investor, Karthee has backed several companies, including Akridata, Ati Motors, Agility Robotics, BoostUp.ai, Rescale, PsiQuantum, and SUN Mobility since 2019 and 2020. Karthee is also a Kauffman Fellow. Karthee holds an MBA in Economics, Finance, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
