Dale Willis

Dale joined the Super Steel team in 2021. He has over 20 years of leadership experience related to operations management, team building, project management, and continuous improvement, working with privately held and foreign-based companies that include some of the largest US-based corporations. Dale has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Baldwin Wallace University.
