Avi Kent has held various executive roles throughout their career. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Superfly. At City Winery, from 2018 to 2021, they were the Chief Growth Officer, responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives. At The Madison Square Garden Company, they served as the SVP of Festivals and Content, leading the business strategy for festival experiences. Additionally, Avi has extensive experience in private equity investment and advisory roles at North Bay Equity Partners and Ladenburg Thalmann. Avi started their career as a Financial Analyst at SG Cowen.

Avi Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The George Washington University from 1997 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, completing it between 2004 and 2006.
