Jess Xinyi Liu

Jess Xinyi Liu is a Senior Product Manager for ESG Solutions at Morningstar Sustainalytics, having previously held various roles including Product Manager for ESG Risk Ratings & Data and Senior Project Manager for ESG Products GTM. Liu also works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, supporting MBA courses focused on social impact and sustainability. Prior experience at Morningstar includes managing the integration of Sustainalytics and leading cross-functional teams in product operations and M&A integration. Liu earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
