Michael A. Boldt

Michael Boldt advises clients on a broad range of energy and complex litigation matters. He represents clients in all phases of litigation, from contested cases before administrative agencies, including the Public Utility Commission of Texas, to state and federal district courts and courts of appeal.

Michael also provides counsel on a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters, including state and federal regulations governing the electric and gas utility industries.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Michael was an associate at an international corporate and litigation law firm. There, he gained substantial experience handling contested administrative cases, litigation in federal and state courts, and appeals.
