Ilana Spokoyny

Ilana Spokoyny serves as the Medical Director and Clinical and Research Director of the Mobile Stroke Unit at Sutter Health since July 2018, while also holding the position of Vascular Neurologist at Sutter West Bay Medical Group since September 2017. Prior experience includes a Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Stanford Health Care from July 2015 to July 2017, and serving as Chief Resident and Resident Physician at UCSD Neurology from July 2012 to June 2015. Ilana Spokoyny began the medical career as an Internal Medicine Intern at California Pacific Medical Center for a year starting in June 2011. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from UC San Diego School of Medicine, completed in 2011, and a B.S. in Bioengineering, Mathematics, and Health Care and Social Issues from UC San Diego, earned in 2007.
