Ashley Marchetta

Ashley Marchetta currently serves as Vice President and Head of People & Culture at Swan Bitcoin, the leading Bitcoin Wealth Platform in the U.S., since May 2023. Additionally, Ashley has been a Board Member at ModernGuild since 2018, contributing to the transformation of campus recruiting through innovative methods. Previous roles include Director of Growth & Strategy at Triplemint, and various director positions in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment at UBS from 2015 to 2019. Prior to UBS, Ashley worked in campus recruiting at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Barclays Investment Bank, starting a career as an Investment Banking Analyst. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
