M Sridhar has extensive work experience in the construction industry. They have worked for a variety of companies, including Larsen & Toubro, Swan Energy, Inc., Essar project India Pvt Ltd, Swan LNG termunal, Fichtner Consulting Engineers, ADANI PORT LTD, and AFCONS Infrastructure Limited.

At Larsen & Toubro, M Sridhar held multiple roles, starting as a Construction Manager in July 2014 and progressing to the role of Senior Construction Manager. They are currently employed as a Senior Construction Manager.

At Swan Energy, Inc., they worked on the Swan LNG Terminal Project as a Project Manager.

Following this, from 1996 to 2000, they enrolled at Adhiparasakthi Engineering College in Melmaravathur, where they obtained a Bachelore of Engineering degree in the field of Civil.
