Karolina Orlecka

Karolina Orlecka is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at SWAROVSKI since September 2021, previously holding the position of Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to SWAROVSKI, Karolina served as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator at AMS from November 2020 to August 2021 and worked as an Accountant at Stucco Sp. z o.o. between October 2019 and October 2020. Karolina's career began at Brown Brothers Harriman, where an Investor Services Specialist role and an internship were held from November 2018 to June 2019. Karolina holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, both obtained from Jagiellonian University.
